Trauma and Anxiety - The Richards Trauma Process

Over many years meeting with clients suffering PTSD, anxiety and/or depression, Pam identified a link between these symptoms and the client’s experience of trauma or dreadful experiences. This led her to search for a methodology that successfully brought about change without the possibility of retraumatising her clients. Following extensive research, she encountered The Richards Trauma Process (TRTP), a groundbreaking therapy that resolves extreme traumas and trauma related issues such as anxiety, depression, fears and sabotaged relationships. Aptly described as ‘trauma therapy redefined’, TRTP is a simple, yet comprehensive process that achieves results quickly, effectively and safely - generally in just three to four sessions. It makes use of a form of hypnosis to deal with trauma where it is stored - in the subconscious and the body.

For a fuller explanation of TRTP contact the TRTP website.
